How to deal with the complaints from customers?

We have being attaching much importance to the quality of products and services for our customers and spare no efforts to provide the best services and high quality goods at any time.We have only received one complaint from our customer about the quality of one product until now.So what will we do to deal with the quality complaints?

Firstly,we will analysis carefully what leads the product to be unqualified.Then we will take the corresponding measures according to the different reasons.If the product just go wrong during manufacturing,we will send the replacements to the customer free of charge as soon as we can.Contrary,if the original design of the product is not reasonable,we are very pleased to help our customer make design without charging any money and all you have to do is just confirming whether the samples according to the design updated is ok!
